Breaking Point: A Star Wars Story is a 2019 Star Wars fan film created by award-winning Serbian writer/director Stevan Filipović. The film was shot on locations around Belgrade: Monument to the Unknown Hero atop Mount Avala and Kosmaj Monument atop Mount Kosmaj.
Unlike many other fan films, Breaking Point: A Star Wars Story has had a fairly large film crew: Around fifty professional filmmakers, film students and members of the local Star Wars fan community as extras. Breaking Point was shot using professional high-spec cameras and drones
The film stars renowned serbian actors: Slaven Došlo (Next to Me, Humidity), Darko Ivić (Next to Me) and Jana Milosavljević (After Party, Pogresan Covjek, Moja Generacija Z).
The story takes place between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens. After the fall of the Empire, Luke Skywalker started training the next generation of Jedi Knights. Among this new band of Jedi are the Dust brothers Nol (Ivić) and Kess (Došlo). Brought to Jedi Temple to be trained in the ways of the Force, they meet Twi’lek girl Mala (Milosavljević). Now, the brothers face their final lesson.

Galactic Empire has fallen. In it's place, the New Republic
arose, and, with it, the next generation of the JEDI KNIGHTS.
